  This sellers eBay identifier says it all. If it were only about the item and shipping he would have received a 5 star and a positive rating. However, when he listed a US manufactured item as Chinese, and I asked him about it, he changed the listing then insinuated I had lied to him. When I wrote back and pointed out he had changed the listing he refused to respond. Had this seller simply apologized for the mistake in listing, this would have been forgotten. Thus will provide a poor rating. F-

  It was made in the USA, the listing stated as much. It was verified that it was made in the USA, sent to your DMs and shipped it promptly. You can take your Red White and Blue Wilcox and toss it in the water if you're not happy with it. Have a good day young lady and thank you for your purchase.
