  The seal to the box was absent (my 2nd set), however the cardboard sleeve was intact and the contents appear untouched and pristine. The USB and headphone cables were enclosed and again, original packaging on these items. I accept this is a brand new item, just not 'sealed' per the description. The headphones were configured for first-use (application download required) and headphones work perfectly. Yes, delivery was on-time. Yes, I can recommend this ebayer.
