    Took far longer than I would have liked, to get my printer up & running. Seller sent the wrong chips. But responded & sent the correct chips, plus a label to return the others. Mistakes happen. Glad I got what I paid for in the end.

    As with previous orders I've placed with this seller, the product was good quality, well documented, and delivered on time. As with most toner refills, things can get messy, and having a toner-safe vacuum is very helpful. Note to vendor: adding an adhesive coated paper plug cover (with space for indicating refill/installation date) would be an appreciated value add!
