    I purchased a harmonica from this company, but unfortunately the package they sent had the box but it was empty with no harmonica. This has never happened to me before. I contacted the seller and they refunded my payment. By the way the package they sent was not tampered with. Thank you for the return of my money.

    Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of this item arriving no problem, despite of one of the 2 keyboards being the wrong color, I am so appreciative of the seller sending me a refund on the one keyboard, on top of it, said I didn't have to return it, to keep it as a gift, now that's capital in my book, this seller is absolutely great, Thank you ever so very much on this. James

    I don't like that they seem to hide that the actual seller is in China but other than that, they are awesome. I ordered this harp and then saw that they had a 3- pack that I wanted instead. They were happy to send a return label and I should be refunded by tomorrow. FAST SHIPPING. Very understanding and cooperative seller. THANK YOU! Oh yea, great case too.
