    I've been sent a wrong version of a record due to a stock miscount. The seller offered me a partial refund if I wanted to keep the record and a full one in case I wanted to return it. I kept it and the refund was issued instantly. Good communication, very well packaged record, no issues with shipping. Reliable seller after all. I've just got unlucky, hope it will be better next time.

    Through no fault of their own the initial order never arrived from the mail service, I did reach out and they were quick to reply and send out a new t-shirt which arrived quickly and in perfect condition, the Appearance is that of the image and I think is great value for money.     This took a long time to arrive so long a refund was issued I have sent a message to arrange to pay but received no response I also messaged at the time when it didn’t arrive and got no response if the seller reads this please reply to my message regarding paying for this item Thank you!! The item is great quality and was packaged well the delivery time was quite long I don’t mind any delivery time as long as I’m kept informed. Communication goes a long way.
