It is clearly evident that the photos show the missing rubber insert, in fact at least 3 pictures including a close up of 7iron. The description did not include any details regarding the condition since its auto done via AI, but I did put it in the condition details that the insert was missing. It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience but I dont think you were honest, a simple " I did not notice the images" goes very far.
