  Item as described. Took a while to arrive. Have yet to see if it works on skin tags as the description on the packaging just mentions it’s suitable for scars and burns.

  This item was advertised as a Solar Powered Bird Bath Water Feature, Outdoor Fountain Garden Ornament LED light. The pictures depicted flowing water and lights. The detailed desvription supported this. I ordered two!! What a surprise I got when I received Two small plastic ornaments. No solar panel, no lights, no battery or water mechanism. Absolute false advertising at its worse. Picture below I contacted seller and was told only refund if I sent it back Cost more to return than the items.
