  Working with seller was fine. He received order and within 12 hours was shipping new, well packaged ballast. Problem was with UPS. 1st order was in town 3 days later and supposedly on truck for that day’s delivery . This didn’t occur. Contacted seller who shipped replacements. 3 days later UPS delivered. Talked with UPS driver who probably understandably couldn’t explain.

  I've experienced good results with the Mothers Clay Bar system, so I purchased two boxes. They arrived on schedule, and they were new as advertised. This seller had the lowest price, so it is a good value. Nothing to complain about here, and I'd buy again from this seller.

  I was very harsh to the seller when UPS lost my shipment, because I wasn't sure if UPS had it or not. I still can't get any support from UPS, I did get a refund from the seller though. I just won't order anything important shipping thru UPS anymore because UPS has zero customer service, and can't even detect automatically that a shipment is lost or stalled. I'm sorry I was so angry at the seller because I was cooking with a flashlight for 2 weeks. UPS sucks!
