    Seller had excellent communication. However, item arrived in simple bubble mailer with just a few small pieces of cardboard to protect, so it arrived damaged. Not approved for collectors. The seller did refund the item and didn't even want me to send it back. Overall, it's a pleasing transaction since the seller was kind enough to go above and beyond to make it right. Just a shame it got damaged...

    I’m impressed with the fact that the seller made an extra effort in packaging my DVD to ensure that it arrived undamaged.     New, perfect condition, sealed package. This is the "real deal", not a "knock off", from PBS. Arrived in just 3 days after order placement. Came in waterproof cover, with cardboard to protect the DVDs from damage. I have played one disc on my new high end Sony all region blue ray/DVD player, which I bought after discovering that only 7% of all films ever made are available with streaming. DVDs and Blue Rays and their sellers make the best films ever made accessible!
