Sorry for your experience. Positive rating w/neg wording is usually removed. I am not sure how I defend my product from accusations of smells most would consider negative. My senses, including smell, work normally. This item was in my house for over a year and we do not smoke. The original owner did not smoke. No other boxes or fabrics in the storage closet where this perfume was kept smell of cigarette smoke.
