  Got us back up and running quickly! Greatly appreciated! No expedited shipping option was available, but I messaged the seller after purchasing the last one (so it wouldn t sell out while waiting for response) and they were able to add the expedited shipping with a separate shipping transaction. Ordered on Thursday afternoon, part received Monday morning, Komatsu Trac Hoe back out digging today! Thank you very much!

  shipping was delayed multiple times and the head gasket was bent in the box to the point i dont feel comfortable using it. just going to order another head gasket from somewhere else. parts are in all original cummins packaging as described

  I have done alot of business with alot of different companies all across the web. This company has by far been the worst. Gave them all my engine information, waited on product, opened and was sent the wrong pistons. After notifying company they wanted to charge me more for the correct parts and wouldn't cover return shipping. Ended up paying over 100$ for absolutely nothing but wasted time. Seller responded but was far from helpful.

  It was unfortunate that the buyer wasn't happy with his purchase. He didn't want to pay for an OS gasket that was not incl. in the Kit (costs 150$ more), so we offered it to him for free. The Kit was express shipped at no extra cost. Upon receival, buyer sent the piston pics and argued that he received the wrong ones. We did not agree. As a replacement, he wanted Cummins pistons for half the price of Aftermarket pistons! :D We accepted his return for a full refund and he's still not happy :D
