  These thermostats (I bought 2) arrived very quickly and to say they were very well packaged is a bit of an understatement as they are by far the best packaged items I've ever received in 23 years of eBay shopping! The thermostats were just as described and shown in their listing. Both thermostats were brand new and in their original OEM boxes together with batteries and the user and installation guides. Excellent Hive quality items at an extremely competitive price and great value for money.
