  The item was as pictured. Discount price was given and that made up for the $9.99 shipping charge. While the item did arrive as scheduled I was surprised at the minimal effort with regards to the packaging of the item. While the statue was wrapped with some bubble wrap, it was then rolled up in a piece of USPS cardboard priority box and then placed in a USPS priority cardboard box with nothing else to secure it from moving side to side within the box.

  The beautiful Weller vase was damaged in transit. The seller wrapped the vase super well and the shipping box was in perfect condition when it arrived. The seller could not have been nicer to me and issued a refund immediately. No drill no hassle. Super to buy from and I will be back again. A A A+++ Your kindness is appreciated. Tracy

  You may notice experience descriptions for the large variety of totem poles I am working on for a personal project at home, are the same.   Beautiful lot of Lenox vase, holiday mugs and figurine exactly as described and packaged very well for shipping - thanks!   International buyers, be aware that this seller believes he is not obligated to refund your postage when a wrong item is sent. He sent the wrong watch and only refunded the cost of the watch. He says he is not obligated to refund international postage costs that cost me £10.82 ($14.41) for a cheap watch with no battery that I didn't order. For some reason he cannot find the watch I ordered. It sounds dubious to me. I learned a lesson, contact eBay first, not the seller.
