    Shipment was fast and item was protected in packaging. However, item does not come with smart case as it should. The description for 'Open Box' states that the item comes with all accessories. My understanding was that the shipping box was not included, but the smart case would be. That being said, great price for these headphones!

    Item was sold as "New in box". Item appered new but the box had evidence of previously been torn open and re-taped together. So Iam noy sure if this is new or not. New in box to me means the item is in original packing that has not been opened or tampered with. This shipment does not meet those requitrements
