    Very pleased with this camcorder. It arrived in just a couple days. I already had one so I tested it out with a battery and was pleased to have it as a backup. The packaging was sufficient for safe delivery and showed up as described making it a good value for me. Thanks and I would recommend this seller.

    The supplier is honest & straightforward, unfortunately the manufacturer has at least five different laptop models w/the exact same name; the item received does not match up with the description. It was advertised as having an N4120 (quad-core processor); the unit received has a less-powerful N4020 (dual-core) processor. The manufacturer not only made this item with either of those processors, but with 3 other processors at times as well, with no change in model name. Not the suppliers' fault.
