  10/10 what started out as a negative experience (through no fault of the seller, package was well wrapped and labeled fragile, it was damaged by the delivery service) turned into a positive one the seller. They immediately made a fair offer to refund 50% of the cost to me. Then later when I mistakenly believed another item was damaged, they patiently helped me get it working rather than get defensive. Great customer service when things didn't go as planned.
