We are retired and live in a tiny rural tourist town 10 miles from Capitol Reef National Park in Utah. My husband is an Antique Bottle collector and loves other relics and things with age. I worked for a professional eBay store with a physical location in the Salt Lake area, where we consigned items for eBay sales. It was a part time, commissioned based job that I loved so I continue to do it for friends and family.

    Shipping great. Packing fine. As described I was expecting a gold cast to the screw on top as per the photos. There are flaws and cloudiness as described. I'm guessing it's a fair value. It was an impulse buy based on photos. Not quite as nice in person but I am satisfied.

    Items were as described, pictures matched up exactly as to what was shown. The items were packaged individually in bubble wrap, then wrapped in paper to take the extra space in the box. There was no wiggle room! Shipping was much faster than I expected, especially around the holiday. This was my first purchase on ebay, and it was such a positive experience!

    The bottle was shipped quickly and was well-packaged. The bottle had a nice purple color and was much better than the picture indicated... I was very impressed! The price was a lot less than I would have expected too, but I am not an antique savvy person. I just wanted it as an example of the chemistry of glass from that era which used manganese as an additive.
