  “Dr. Frankenstove” was the perfect seller to deal with; very communicative, the replacement convection fan and stove knob came in 2 days- both installed and working perfectly. The parts looked just like the photos in the listing, so no surprises when I opened the well packaged box. Finding parts for a 20yr old Thermador stove is challenging. I highly recommend him as a seller and resource. Thanks again!!!!!

  The touchpad was in great condition. It was better than described and really looks brand new. Shipping was great. The unit which is fragile was professionally packaged and well protected. The part worked great and solved my problem. Dr. Frankenstove was superior in their communication. Their response time was really quick and support was outstanding. If only every Ebay seller was like Dr. Frankenstove. I will have no problem buy parts from them again. Thank you!!

  This seller was extremely helpful with all my concerns. He walked me through a diagnosis for my stove and found what was wrong with it and sent me a package correcting those problems. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend his eBay store!
