  I really like this moose and bought it based on my initial seeing it online. When I opened it, the moose was missing a pole. I communicated with the seller and he pointed out it was in the description missing a pole. I admire he was nice and admit I did not read the description before buying. Great customer service and I would buy from this seller again. It was packaged really well and arrived safely. Fast delivery. Honest and kind communication. One of ebay's better sellers. Thank you!
