  Ordered 2 items within 2 to 3 minutes of each other. Contacted the seller and asked for combined shipping. He refused-said it was because I bought the items separately. I have shopped on ebay for years and have many times added items to my order after a few minutes. Sellers have always refunded part of the shipping cost by crediting my credit card. ALSO, the shipping cost was exorbitant. $4.95 for each item that cost $2.29 each and were made of paper- both together fi in the palm of my hand.

  All my tiny hats came quickly! I ordered a dozen black ones before realizing that there were two other color options. I messaged seller and asked that I get a mixture of colors. They said no problem and I received four white, four brown and four black hats. I’m EXTREMELY happy and grateful they were able to accommodate my change.
