  screws worked fine, as described, good communication. only problem was with packaging, came in a regular envelope with a company address out of CA with no indication as to what it was. I almost threw it out thinking it was junk mail, good thing I didn't. No tracking so no way of knowing that the envelope contained the screws.

  This was such a small order I felt guilty knowing his profit probably didn't cover his time and postage but that didn't stop them from sending it right out. The item was as described, delivered lightning fast & the price was very good at that. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
