  Bread machine arrived carefully packed in multiple layers of bubblewrap, 2x thickness box & packing peanuts. Shipping was very fast. Item appears to be well taken care of and only flaw I could see was the nonstick starting to come off one of the kneaders. 4 hours after it arrived, I had delicious fresh-baked bread. I even happened to have Irish butter in the house—yum! Seller took good, informative photos & tested machine which allayed any fears of buying an older unit. A+++

  All was as it was advertised. It was packaged well and arrived on time. I misread the ad for it and it didn't meet my needs. Not the sellers fault. It was mine and I apologize to the seller for the trouble they went to to get it to me.

  Seller was extremely fair when package was delayed by USPS (no fault of the seller) and offered a refund. Item eventually arrived just as described. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
