  Watch is in great condition, holds a charge and syncs fine. Shipping was fast and packing was good. The problem I've had is that it keeps shutting off. Won't turn on until placed back on the charger. I've contacted customer service to try to pinpoint the problem to no avail. It's not on the seller because I didn't contact them about the problem. I'm not blaming the seller!😊

  I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive Watch. It was shipped via USPS and had tracking so I could follow its delivery status. The watch was brand new, as described and works wonderfully. The watch was cheaper than I found on other sites, it was clearly brand new, but did not have the original box, but that was noted in the add. I am over all very pleased with my purchased and would purchase again from this seller.

  Unfortunately, USPS misdelivered the item, so I didn't receive it. But fortunately, the seller had insured the package, so at least I got my money back from USPS. Thanks to the seller for having the package insured. Great seller!!

  Customer Service is Everything! The Fitbit did not hold a charge overnight. When I notified the seller, a prepaid label was immediately sent to me. I returned the item and my account was credited very quickly. It is ok that the item didn't work like I expected when the seller provides outstanding customer service. Very happy even though the sale didn't work out.
