Received my items today & I’m beyond happy (as always), packaged to perfection, items exactly as described and brand new condition (plus added little plastic tag protectors!).   This seller is fantastic !! Very fast delivery very quick response and item well packaged The item was exactly as pictured and the seller kept blind boxes in great shape (some looking unopened)and yet you can select the character you wanted The prices were great and some cheaper than anywhere I’ve seen I would definitely buy from this seller again

  Fantastic seller! I would buy another JellyCat (JC) from the seller again!The seller was responsive to my questions as I was concerned about the authenticity of the item.   The box came slightly dented, from what I assume was the seller checking the box to see which color the doll was. However this is not a downside to me, because they do what they need to do to properly list it. I was able to open the box just like it was factory sealed. The color was the right color I wanted, and it arrived in a protected package on time, condition was new, excellent quality, and fairly priced. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I would buy from this seller again.

  Very friendly seller went above and beyond to make sure my item arrived as quickly as possible as it was a gift for a special event; even stepping in to assist when the shipping carrier made a mistake (not the seller). The highly popular item is genuine and in brand new condition and was carefully packed in a dust cover with a tag protector. I appreciate all the thought that went into protecting the item.
