    Customer service from DR bikes was exemplary! Really impressed with their desire to ensure a satisfied customer - RM "lost" the package so delivery was delayed but DR did all they could to expedite delivery. Product is well made, I'd suggest anyone considering buying one to do your homework, watch You Tube videos and then buy one! There was a temptation to buy the similar, and cheaper, Oxford Products item but from forty years as a dealer I know you really do get what you pay for...

    Pleased with item. But seller was rude when questioned about delivery tried to tell me that 24hour delivery was an extra charge !!when delivery was included in the buy it now price!! I only asked when item was coming and got spoken to like I had done something wrong. All I can put it down to is the voucher what was applied on checkout saving me £20 then he didn’t want to post 24 hours royal mail not a pleasant conversation!!

    Exceptional post-sales support from DR Bikes. I had a problem where Arrow sent the wrong can for my 2015 Super Duke. DR Bikes got onto the issue immediately I raised it with them and organised a replacement with Arrow, which has just arrived and is now correct for the bike. DR Bikes kept me informed of progress as they made it as well. I can't ask for better support and will not hesitate to buy from DR Bikes again.
