  My second experience with this company and when it comes to the goods you receive it is of the highest standard the contact with selle is not bad either,but when it comes to shipping it's a disaster, no way to track the shipment and long waiting times for the shipment, you have to change this because you'll lose customers because of it....

  i am hoping that this is the correct one because i messaged the seller to ask if it would fit my bike and he said yes but when it turned up it was all in different packaging and didnt come with the spring set as advertised on Ebay

  This seller did not honour the sale. For whatever reason, they advertised the ShiftLight very cheaply, with additional discounts !?! Despite being advertised as shipped with 'Royal Mail Tracked 24', they claim it was lost in the post and didn't have a tracking number. I strongly doubt it was ever posted! If they'd simply contacted me and said it was listed incorrectly, I'd have understood and paid full price. Instead I have had to wait a month to get a refund. Spineless behaviour.

  The item was lost in transit and the buyer opened a eBay case asking for a refund so obliged if wanted a replacement maybe reply to the eBay message sent, spineless is leaving un nessacary feedback like this....

  Excellent, ive just received my package and found the products to be of superior quality, postage and delivery was fast and on time and The staff were very helpful who helped me out with technical questions I had on this product, i would recommend this company to anyone.

  Slip-on arrived but it was the wrong variant. Whilst the picture displayed was the carbon fibre version, it was in fact the stainless steel version. Beware when ordering… however I flagged this with the seller and after some discussion, as a gesture of goodwill the seller refunded me 10%. The speed of resolution was good and I was happy with the result.
