    It was all positive experience doing business with this seller. The item was exactly as described, securely packed. Communication was good and I would strongly recommend doing business with this seller. There were some issues with delayed delivery but that was a postal service problem. Strongly suggesting use of courier service (UPS or FEDEX) instead of postal service.

    An awesome seller! The remote arrived exactly as described, in mint condition, in record time, and was adequately packaged. The price was right as my older remote was really falling apart and my LCD TV it supports is still in mint condition.     Die Ware war gut verpackt, die Lieferung erfolgte trotz der Feiertage sehr schnell. Die Fernbedienung entsprach der Beschreibung, hat aber leider nicht funktioniert. Auf meine Nachricht wurde umgehend reagiert und Abhilfe zugesagt, ich werde sie zur Reparatur zurückschicken. Ein toller Service, sehr zu empfehlen!
