  Great customer service. When this product arrived it was incomplete. It did not include all the parts as advertised. However, I reached out to the seller and he made it right. The seller contacted the manufacturer directly and the manufacturer mailed me the missing parts. I was impressed with the level of customer service this seller has. He replied to me messages promptly and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I value good customer service. I will do business with this seller again.

  Fast shipping and good communication. This item was marked as delivered, but I have yet to receive. Tracking shows it arrived at my post office and was delivered to my mail box, but it has not shown up, so I had to reorder it, and I received that item today. I am going to file a claim with the Post Office. I do not believe any fault lies with the vendor. I have bought from them many times and have never had a problem. So I still highly recommend this vendor.
