  My item was shipped quickly and packed VERY carefully. Double boxed with plenty of bubble wrap and yet it was damaged in transit. The seller responded within the hour and immediately issued me a full refund and a sincere apology even though they had done everything right! It was a beautiful piece and even better than described and I am so very impressed with the response from this fabulous 5 Star Seller.

  The seller was fantastic. The item took a month to arrive because the eBay international shipping program is useless. The seller had to chase it up and was good enough to constantly keep me informed of its slow progress. I highly recommend this seller for the time she took to securely pack my item and for her after-care of her buyer.

  My order arrived after a loss in transit, and the seller went over and above to find my order in the in term he refunded me and told me we could discuss repayment if I actually received it This was the best seller and I could not believe that he would refund me and just trust that I would pay if it showed up which of course I did. I will definitely purchase from this dedicated honest seller, hopefully many more times. He was an absolute dream seller to work with when there was a loss in transit

  My beautiful vintage earrings were better than described, in mint condition, and a great price! The packaging was excellent. The shipping was delayed by postal service and the seller was on top of it! Excellent communication and customer service! Gold stars!
