When I accidentally misplaced my own delivery within hours of contacting them, they responded with genuine empathy and, without hesitation, issued a full refund.   DQT was very helpful in letting me know that I have chose the wrong option to receive my ties as I needed them within a day, Raquel advised me to pick next day delivery and it came the very next, I was over the Moon as I had the colour theme I need for the wedding, all thanks to Raquel, she updated me the whole time, that customer service is amazing! Definitely a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I would definitely buy from here again, I have recommend all my friends and family to shop here, thanks very much!

  As before - an honestly described and inexpensive product delivered in good time - top seller! Many thanks eBay needs to think about not harassing buyers with demands for feedback before we have received goods. I had 2 demands before the hanky had arrived - this was really annoying as even now as I write, eBay has not registered the delivery. I’m recording this as a less self aware person might have left negative feedback about an experience which was not the seller s responsibility !
