  The item is described as new in the box but it appears to have been opened and resealed. Not sure if the scuffing of the box already existed or occurred in transit. As it is not going to be a gift outside of the family, it is ok that the box is not as pristine as I was expecting.

  I ordered this item 3 weeks ago the item missing after the seller refund me money bar he asked me if I can order it once again because he found another product. I say okay I ordered another product and again the product was missing in yodel. I was waiting two weeks. I told him that I can't wait so many days that's why I cancelled the order but there is no reply from the Seler from a few days not recommending. Please avoid the seller. Don't buy nothing wasting time in

  Unfortunately, this item was different from the picture provided. The connection on the end didn’t have an USB port so I can’t use it - even with all the spare connections that came with it. The seller gave me a 50% refund, which I accept ed. The package was damaged too but no damage to the actual product. I will have to look for a cable to buy for it if not, it will be no use to me.
