I found dents,bending,a small rip,scratches on the plastic on the box that the figure is placed in. Thou I believe it's new, There was no indication in the description of the product having any damages to the box nor did the pictures show anything. I would of been ok with this but when I was declined an offer of $3.89, paid sellers asking price then received the package in this state.
