It was packed well and is as described by the seller. It is a solid unit. I purchased three tubes for it (these phono preamps come without tubes) and I have been using it for several days now. While the tubes are yet to burn in, the amp sounded good right out of the box. No humming, no issues at all. It is very quiet and it sounds great in my system. Great seller and I'm very satisfied with the phono amp. Thank you!
