  SELLER is EXCELLENT! However, the polish sold is totally defective in that it is supposed to be a BROWN (saddle 141) color and is actually GRAY! I am very disappointed in the item. But I emphasize that the seller is first rate and shipped quickly and packaged nicely; very good communication. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the wrong color.

  I placed an order on 2/4 for an item. Before placing the order I messaged the seller & said that I need the item by 2/12 & asked if it was possible for that item to be shipped by then. The seller responded & said they would ship the item on 2/5 but could not guarantee delivery by 2/12 & I could still cancel the order if I didn't think I'd receive by then. I went ahead with the order because I thought for sure I'd have it by 2/12. I have still not received my order & It's 2/13 and I cannot track.
