  4 of the 7 items arrived chipped or shattered. The box was poorly handled by USPS despite the conspicuously "FRAGILE" stickers adorning the box. The items that were intact were received as presented in pristine condition. The Seller made me whole by refunding my money and offered a gracious message. I would NOT hesitate from purchasing from this seller again, primarily because of their professionalism and honesty.

  Packaging was fantastic, with multiple layers of cover for the plate and buffered by pkg peanuts. Best experienced to date on Ebay. Shipping was timely and delivered as projected. Product as described and for the money. Will look for this Seller for future items needed.
