  It arrived scratched and with a missing part. Poorly packed in an oversized box with no cushions and/or no plastic bag to protect the item. The toilet seat was described as an elongated seat but it came for a round toilet. Poor customer service: After contacting the seller I was told that if the item comes damaged I would get reported.
