    The item was as described, but it was more a photo fragment than an RPPC. Whoever cut it up must have had a reason, but removing the stamp box was unfortunate. Anyway, the seller had excellent shipping and packaging. The value is in the eye of the beholder and this was a little odd in a collection of RPPC items.

    Great seller across the board. Perfect description. Perfect packaging. Good price on shipping. Value easy to see was great by seeing my pictures of a mere service and polish and band. Then it takes a entirely new stance from 60's to present day.
