  My initial order was damaged during packaging. The seller offered multiple options including full refund. I chose a substitute. Shipping was quick for this day and age. Packaging was amazing, a wooden crate with multiple layers of padding. The geode was exactly as described. The display stand was included and appears to be custom fit to the geode.   First of all I want to say that shipping from other countries to the US is quite challenging, and lots of miscommunication can happen. My package still says lost in transit on my side, but it arrived safely yesterday. This seller communicated with me daily. They called for updates. This seller did a really good job and even offered to refund my money, which was not necessary but I'm glad the option was there if it never arrived. The crystal arrived in perfect condition!   I was extremely happy with all purchases from this seller, they had great communication and were happy to wait a few days for auctions to finish so I could combine on postage. Then shipped straight away. The pieces are of high quality crystal and carvings are very well done. I couldn't recommend this seller anymore 11/10 highly recommend.
