  postage was cheap, items were well packaged and everything was there as mentioned in the listing and for what I got (plan to use them as wargames terrain) this was excellent for the money. I would 100% recommend this seller for these things alone but the polite communication was a pleasant surprise-as soon as I clicked buy the seller sent a few nice messages just to say thanks and let me know when to expect my items. Marvellous seller, buyers rejoice!

  Love this small kitchen waste composter! It was at a very reduced price as it has some little issues, marks, a tiny dent, not noticeable. Condition etc was exactly as described. Seller sent me a lower offer which I was very happy to accept! Dispatched and delivered in good time with very secure packaging (A thank you note inside too). Fab seller to deal with. Excellent communication and service all round. Can highly recommend and would not hesitate to deal with again. Thank you so much!

  What a totally wonderful family business this is. I am so impressed with the fact that the postage was free, packaging was so well presented, making sure the item was not going to break enroute to me. Item is as described & more, & half the price had I brought it else where. I will make sure I add Robert Scotts to my favourite shop on eBay, they have so many items, but you’re not paying the cost of the high street or other online stores. Thank you Robert Scotts! I’m delighted with my purchase.

  Thanks for the smooth transaction …arrived early, nicely packaged, nice condition but unfortunately the contents were not complete. Informed the seller who responded by communication straight away, and promptly refunded the purchase price . Thank you for the communication and excellent service. I would recommend this seller.
