    Outstanding appearance and quality item. LOVE LOVE LOVE the ship! Good value and condition as advertised! Very well packaged with fast shipping. Small issue with the rubber gasket that holds the ship on the stand. It came cracked and dried out so unfortunately, we can't use the stand. We are working with the seller on a possible fix. Still, we highly recommended them. A+ rating.

    Was notified by the seller that I might accidentally be receiving the wrong item before it actually arrived. Was subsequently emailed a prepaid mailing label with tracking number so as to send the incorrect item to the right person, and shortly thereafter received the correct item. Excellent customer service, in spite of the initial shipping error.

    I was concerned when the box arrived, as one corner was smashed. But, the item was packed well enough to protect it. So thanks. The item was just as described and the price was fair.
