    I purchased the SW Red Kyber crystal. Item received was as described. My only issue was out of the seller's control as it was with the USPS and the shipping time. Communication with the seller related to the shipping delay was outstanding and prompt. USPS continues to have tracking issues and takes several days longer to deliver than what is reasonable as there were no weather issues or other problems around the shipping path. Otherwise, good transaction.

    Excellent quality, brand new, reasonably priced very. The shipping box appearance was rough but very well packaged on the inside. Only downside was with the shipping, wasn't the sellers fault as usps doesn't seem to know the difference between east coast and west coast. Would buy from this seller again. Always a pleasure.
