  There was an issue with the charger/battery. We contacted the seller and they went above and beyond on a resolution. They sent a new battery and charger and we received it within 3 days of contacting them. It's rare to find this level of customer service in this day and age. I would highly recommend this seller.

  The Postage time was absolutely spectacular, given that I live across the world from America! And when the laptop arrived, it was securely packaged during shipping which kept it safe from getting any cosmetic damages. I was also pleased to find that the seller was also kind enough to include a original panasonic charger. I am also pleased to say that their communication to you as a buyer is great!
