  As described, and what a super little model in excellent original condition. Very good comms with seller who answered my enquiries regarding the model promptly as I was unsure whether it was a repaint or original. Item was well packed along with quick delivery.   As described. Have to say the packing on this and the two other items I bought was quite poor. Fortunately there was no damage, but the protection wasn't adequate. For this reason, I dont think I'd buy from this seller again, despite the shipping being swift, items as described and the prices being good. Just too risky. Pity.

  Cardboard and bubble wrap really

  There was no bubble wrap on the last order, tatty shipping box, inside the loco shells were in a plastic bag, could rub together and had zero protection against impact damage. I'll say again, packing was NOT adequate. Disappointing to see you fail to recognise an issue here. I'll not buy from this seller again.

  Very happy with the copy of the vinyl record that was posted to me in a sturdy mailer and matched the picture and description. The record is still sealed and keeps the original stickers. It looked great as soon as it was taken out from the packaging. It did not take long to arrive and I think it is good value, considering how difficult to find a copy of that record is. A top quality item. Thank you.

  Sadly this item did not arrive. This is not the fault of the seller and out of their control. It is the postal service has lost the item. The seller was as disappointed as I was that it did not arrive but we have had good communication throughout and they immediately offered me a refund. I would buy again from this seller.
