    I was so excited when I received my beautiful nendroid doll !!! I’ve been wanting him for a very long time and so getting him was incredible :) He is perfect and so cute !! He has so many different parts to him, such as different hands , a hat , a backpack , the monocle also come off. I received my order very quickly and the seller is incredible !! When he came , the doll box was wrapped in bubble wrap ! Overall an amazing quality doll and a perfect first doll for my miniature collection !!

    The item was listed with original box. I have received the item with out original box and packaging. I tried to negotiate with the seller send the orig. box to me, but the seller doesn’t want. The seller said it was a mistake, but I don’t think that is the true.

    We take customer satisfaction seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly. In this case, here’s what happened: The buyer initially claimed they made a mistake purchasing the item at full price. To accommodate we offered a partial refund, which they accepted. Later, we mistakenly sent the item without its original box. However, it was securely packaged in a protective box with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure it arrived safelyTo resolve this we offered A full refund upon return of the item
