    I received a vary nice clock packed well but had to do small repair to get it to as it was shown. The repair was from shipping, the pengalum was not removed for shipping. The seller was nice and ask if I wanted to do a return. I did repair for I wished to keep it. Shipping was delayed by three days not the fault of seller. Would buy from him again.

    Both of us made mistakes, I missed the fact that the plans to build this kit where not in the kit box.I contacted the seller that the plans were not in the kit and he said that it wasn't a problem that I could return the kit and he would issue a refund and a return label. NOW THAT IS A GREAT SELLER! The next day he sent me a message that he had issued a refund and he told me to just keep the kit not to bother returning it. AGAIN NOW THAT IS A GREAT SELLER! I can't say enough thanks Bob !!
