  All four faucet kits that I purchased appear to be new-in-box just as described, were very well packaged, and very quickly shipped. I have not installed them as yet but do not anticipate any problems. Seller communications excellent and gave me the confidence to buy all four that he had. Trusted Seller - may buy one more soon.
