This time they did not despatch for over two weeks and only then after I messaged. They never replied. Also the order was short by two labels. I’m sure they have their reasons but no communication doesn’t give a great customer experience.

They refused to engage with me. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue and get a refund I was ignored to the point I eventually had to asked eBay to step in to resolve the issue. I was then refunded promptly. In hindsight I should have went with another supplier with quicker turnaround.
