  Item as described, well packed, delivered very quickly (next day). Although delivered by Evri, there was an Amazon Prime sticker on the box. As I will have nothing to do with Amazon I contacted the seller who responded that he would find out why - awaiting further feedback. Otherwise excellent service. Thank you.

  This paint was a good price, it arrived quickly and well packaged. When I used it, though, there was a problem with a blotchy and transparent finish. I contacted this seller who were very helpful and they in turn contacted the manufacturer. Jess from DiyDirectuk dealt with this for me and ensured that the issue was resolved with a voucher from Dulux for a replacement tin of paint. Very happy with the service from this seller. Thank you.

  Amazing customer service. Wood stain arrived safely and very well packaged. It could have been a very different story had the seller not really secured the tin as the lid had come slightly loose. Had the parcel been thrown back into the driver's van this would most surely come off completely spilling the contents. That aside, great value, reliable service, 💯+🌟 from me and I will buy more 👍

  The 5L can of Cuprinol Total Deck came very well packed in an extremely heavy duty cardboard container. It was free from leaks or damage on arrival which was only a short time after the order was placed. It item was on offer when the purchase was made and so I got it at a very good price. Over all, I am pleased with the seller and how they dealt with the order. Full marks.
