    Item was a little scratched up from being put into the case the wrong way. And there was a serious lack of communication from the seller. The tracking information didn’t change for nearly a week and I heard nothing from the seller after sending multiple messages. The item eventually arrived, not 100% happy with this transaction, but I’ve dealt with way worse.

    Hi. The tracking was an error on the USPS and not us but I will apologize for not responding to your messages. I had some family stuff going on and wasn't very attentive. If you would like I can send another filter since youre saying the one that you received wasn't up to your standards. I always want my customers to be happy with their purchases. Just let me know.
