I would point out that the packaging from the seller was inadequate. The product is in a cardboard box that was then placed inside a 'plastic bag/envelope' with no padding to protect the item. The box was squashed in transit and I'm hoping the pills inside are not damaged. Might I suggest a Jiffy envelope for items like this is used in future?
